Tech Help That Clicks
Our Computer Basics program is a multi-week initiative designed to
help older adults build essential digital literacy skills. Participants receive
hands-on instruction in basic computer use—ideal for absolute beginners
or those looking to refresh their knowledge. Each participant is loaned a
Chromebook for the duration of the program, allowing them to practice
at home. The small group setting encourages connection and ensures
personalized support.
Complementing this, our Tech Connect service supported 224 individuals
through one-on-one appointments and drop-in sessions. Each week, staff
provided guidance on an average of 15 different technology topics,
empowering users to navigate the digital world with con昀椀dence.
